Cancellations before 1 October 2025 – Full refund less a $75 administration fee.
Cancellations between 1–29 October 2025 – 50% refund.
Cancellations from 30 October 2025 onwards – No refunds will be issued, but a full transfer of your ticket to another eligible participant is available at no cost.
