Continuing Professional Development
All participants who complete the Resourcing Your Clients Foundation Training for Therapists in Resource Therapy will receive a Certificate of Attendance for 12 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
All participants who complete the Clinical Qualification in Resource Therapy will accrue 6 hours per day of attendance. Full completion being eight days (48 hours) and Certificate of Attendance will be awarded.
CPD Details: APS, CAPA and PACFA members can accrue Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours by participating in activities that they determine to be relevant to their individual professional skills, learning plans and goals.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS – To ensure your registration is received and processed:
All participants will be emailed a Tax Receipt/Confirmation letter with important information within 5-7 business days of receiving your registration. Notify us if not received.
Check your confirmation letter that the entry of your name and contact details are correct.
Numbers are strictly limited but if the Resource Therapy training SELLS OUT this will be listed very clearly on the home page of Resource Therapy Institute and new dates for both the Foundation Certificate and Clinical Qualification training. Registrations are not processed once we reach capacity and prospective delegates are notified of having missed out.
IMPORTANT – confirmation on submitting your ONLINE REGISTRATION
As soon as you have submitted your registration via email, you will receive a response within 5-7 days, saying you submitted successfully and reminding you Resource Therapy training will process your registration and send you a confirmation and tax receipt in the next 7-10 days – if you missed a step you won’t get this – please try again or contact us.
Your credit card statement will list a transaction with Philipa Thornton (as they link your encrypted credit card details to our bank to ensure your card is safe online before automatically sending us the rest of your registration data).
Your official tax receipt/confirmation letter will be emailed (as a pdf attachment) once processing completes your registration (allow 7-10 days).

Groups – Additional Criteria
- Groups of 3 or more people paid on 1 cheque or credit card or EFT: the person/organization paying is listed on tax receipt.
- If you bring 4 people or more along you can attend for free
- Must use ONE registration form PER PERSON.
- All delegates’ names and DIRECT contact details – including EMAIL (for venue and pre-training information) are required.Full-Time Student – Discount Criteria
This is to assist full-time students who are self-funding, on limited income and without partner/spousal financial support. Please email philipa@resourcetherapy.com.au or call 0434 55 90 11 to discuss criteria or payment plans.
Terms & Conditions
- No special consideration possible
- Applications will be automatically processed as an Individual Registration where criteria is not met and are subject to the same terms and conditions
- Forward payment in full with all details completed on one registration form per person
- Your direct email and contact details required for venue and seminar material/updates – ensure this is provided where an AGENCY funds your registration
- Confirmation – venue information with your tax-deductible receipt will be emailed within 3 days (contact via email immediately if not received) – allow 7 days if the week of Expiry of Early Bird or Close of Standard registrations
- Errors in registration type/payment will be processed automatically according to advertised criteria
- Errors in details provided – if notified after Close, incur fee for new Certificate of Attendance or tax receipt
- Fees inclusive of GST
- Cheques, bank drafts or money orders must be made in Australian dollars,
Visa or MasterCard only accepted or Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order or EFT
Transfer in full accepted – but shared/split registration is not given the nature of this training - Requests for lost, or additional, copies of receipts or certificates incur an administration charge of $55.00 – provision time may be delayed if requested beyond the month following the tour
- Special dietary requirements are available for vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free; however, due to expense we can not cater for other diets or be responsible for allergy or intolerance. Please make your own arrangements in such circumstances
- DISCLAIMER: we accept no responsibility in the unlikely event circumstances beyond our control result in the cancellation of part or all of the tour and we reserve the right to make changes to the training without notice
- All dates subject to expiry for postmarked date and electronically received registrations for EARLY BIRD registrations and STANDARD and LATE registrations
- Late/ Onsite registration – no guarantee of materials or catering after Close of Standard Registration
- Expiry dates and times – no negotiation for any reason to be fair to all delegates
Cancellations
- a substitute may attend in your place, or you may attend the next available workshop being offered by us – please advise by email ASAP for the transfer of name badge; certificate etc. – fee $33
- must be made in writing before Close of Early Bird Registration for details minus $220 admin fee for Foundation Training, $660 Clinical and Advanced Clinical Training per Registrant.
- the policy applies due to admin work where incorrect payment delays finalising registration
- NO REFUND after Close of Early Bird Registration
- NO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS on fees or policies are possible in any circumstance in fairness to all unless emergency $150 Admin processing fee and evidence required. Eg Doctors Certificate.

I have read your flyer for the Foundation course and I am interested in attending if there are still places available. However just want to check that the dates are correct and that it is the days that have been miss printed on the flyer that I have. That is it says Thursday 31st July and Friday 1st August but my calandar says 31st is the Friday and the 1st is a Saturday so just not sure which is the miss print. If you can let me know that would be great.
